Should I try out some beds in a shop before buying?

 
Yes!
If you have time to spare, it will be good for you to see what our competitors offer.
We are confident you will not find a better product or offer.

 

How come you offer better prices than the high street?

We can offer better prices because we don’t have expensive high street shops to run.
Neither do we have any middlemen.
You pay for our products and service, not for a showroom.

 

Do your products offer good value?

Yes.
We are responsible for the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of all our storage beds, ensuring value for money.
You can purchase our products for a fraction of the cost of comparable products on the high street. And you won’t have lost time trawling the shops and then waiting weeks for your purchase to arrive.


Do you have a showroom?

Not at the moment.

How true are the colours on the website?

Colours can vary on different computer screens. We will be pleased to send you a free fabric swatch or wood sample. Just ask and we’ll pop some in the post for you.

 

Are all your storage beds standard sizes and are they manufactured in accordance with UK Standards?

Yes.
Our beds meet all British Standards. They are available in standard UK sizes so you won’t have to hunt for special sized bedding.


Will it be possible to deliver up a constricted staircase?

Yes.
The Boxer bed is delivered in small packages and only fully assembled in the bedroom. Small staircases and space constrictions are usually not a problem but please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.

 

How soon can you deliver?


We try to keep as many products as possible in stock, so our usual lead time is 2 - 3 weeks depending on your delivery area.

 

Is delivery free?

We deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

Delivery is free for orders up to the value of £200
Delivery is also free for orders over the value of £1000 to postcodes in central England, London and surrounding areas.

Do you offer more than just a delivery service?

Yes.
On delivery, we expertly install the bed for you in the room of your choice and take away the packaging for recycling. We can also come and re-assemble the bed for you when you are moving house (charges apply).


How large are your delivery vans?

Our vans are of a similar size to a post office van.  

 

Can you take away my old bed?

No.
Our delivery vans are usually full. We will happily dismantle and take down your old bed, but we cannot take it away. In most areas your local council can arrange collection and disposal of your old bed.

 

What happens if I don’t like my bed or mattress?

We expect you to do your homework, to get all the advice you need on our products and to make your well-considered choice accordingly.
If our product fails to meet your expectations at time of delivery we will be happy to take it away and refund your money including any delivery and collection costs. If you change your mind after delivery has taken place, please let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a collection date. We will refund your money less our delivery costs, provided the goods are in absolute pristine condition and with the protective mattress cover unopened.

What if I move house in the future?

All our beds can be easily dismantled and you can download instructions from our product support page. If you really find the task too daunting, we offer a dismantling and re-assembling service. Please contact us for details.
