Shouldn’t I try out some beds in a shop before buying?

Yes if you have time to spare, it is good idea to see what our competitors offer. We are confident you will not find a better product or offer.

How come you’re cheaper than the high street?

Because we don’t have expensive shops to run on the high street. We don’t have any middlemen. You pay for our products and service, not showroom.

Are you good value?

Yes. We are responsible for the design, manufacture delivery and installation ensuring value for money. You will find our products  a bed and mattress for a fraction of comparative cost on the high street. And you won’t have lost time trawling the shops and then waiting weeks for it to arrive.

Do you have a showroom?

Not at the moment. We rely on the detailed specifications and photos on our website to give you as much information as possible. Please ask if you need further information or just click here for us to post some material samples to you

How true are the colours on the website?

Colours can vary on different computer screens. We will be pleased to send you a  free swatch of fabric options or wood sample. Just click here and we’ll pop some samples in the post for you.

Are all you beds standard sizes and manufactured in accordance with UK standards?

Yes, our beds meet all British standards and are standard sizes so you won’t have to hunt for special sized bedding.

Will it be possible to deliver up a constricted staircase?

The Boxer bed is delivered in small packages and only fully assembled in the bedroom. Small staircases and constrictions are usually not a problem but please contact us if you have any special requirements.

How soon can you deliver?

We try to keep as much as possible in stock so usually two to three weeks, depending on your delivery area.

Is delivery free?

Yes, if you live in central England or around London. Otherwise we ask for a small contribution unless you spend over £800.

Do you do more than just deliver?

Yes, we’ll install the bed for you ( that means no more tears trying to build flat pack furniture)  and take away the packaging for recycling).

How big are your delivery vans?

Our vans are of similar size to a post office van.  

Can you take away my old bed?

No, our delivery vans are usually full. We will happily dismantle and take down your old bed. In most areas your local council can arrange collection and disposal of your old bed.

What happens if I don’t like my bed or mattress?

We expect you to do your homework on our products and make your choice accordingly. If our product fails to meet your expectations on delivery we will be happy to take it away and give you all your money back including any delivery and collection costs. If you change your mind subsequently please let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a collection date. We will refund your money less our delivery costs providing the goods are in pristine condition and with the protective mattress cover unopened.

We accept all major debit and credit cards except American Express.

Are my bank details safe with you?

Yes, very. Our system is run by Natwest and Thawte and is extremely secure.

What if I move house in the future?

All our beds can be easily dismantled and there are instructions on our product support page. click here. If you really find the task too daunting we offer a dismantling and re-assembling service. Please contact us for details.
